  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Gather all ingredients and equipment on the counter for efficient mixing.
  2. Place 1 cup mayonnaise in a medium mixing bowl.
  3. Stir in 1/4 cup ketchup and 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish until evenly combined.
  4. Whisk in 1 tablespoon white vinegar and 1 tablespoon sugar until the sugar dissolves, about 15 seconds.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce and 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard; whisk until no streaks remain, about 15 seconds.
  6. Sprinkle in 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1/4 teaspoon onion powder; whisk gently until fully incorporated, about 20 seconds.
  7. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste, whisking just until blended.
  8. Transfer dressing to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let flavors meld.

Notes

Store refrigerated in a sealed glass container for up to 2 weeks. If separation occurs, whisk briefly before using. For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne or a few drops of hot sauce.
